It appears the Tampa Bay Rays have entered the Marcell Ozuna free agency sweepstakes, according to MLB Network's Jon Heyman.
Surprise entry in Marcell Ozuna derby is the Rays. Ozuna nearly win the Triple Crown last year, and yes obviously a fantastic hitter, but the lack of a universal DH could be impacting his market to a degree, as well.

Ozuna finished sixth in National League MVP voting during the pandemic-shortened season after slashing .338/.431/.636 with 18 home runs and 56 RBI in 60 games with the Atlanta Braves.
If signed, the Rays could use the 30-year-old as a designated hitter.
Ozuna spent one season with the Braves after stints with the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals. The Braves are interested in re-signing him while the New York Mets have also shown interest.
